Blueberry Press, and the principal author thereof, is the sole owner of all information collected from the website and services provided by Blueberry Press. Blueberry Press will not sell, share, rent, or lease any personally identifiable information to any third parties.
In the event of prizes awarded through Blueberry Press, Blueberry Press will notify contest winners, indicate the address registered on file currently, request confirmation of accuracy of that address, and ask permission to provide the sponsoring author, editor, publisher, or other company with the winner's name, e-mail address, and postal mailing address so that the sponsor can ship the prize directly to the winner. The winner's postal mailing address is necessary in order to receive the prize. We also will request permission to inform our other Blueberry Press subscribers and readers of the winner's name, city, state, and country, so that the other members will know that the prize was awarded, as promised, and to whom. The winner has the option to decline the prize.
In the event of the sale of Blueberry Press, the information becomes the property of the new owner. Blueberry Press also reserves the right to share aggregate member demographic information with contest sponsors and potential buyers. For example, 12.0% of Blueberry Press members are interested in science fiction or magazine writing or nonfiction.
